Okay well ive done skull cove elite before.. i have it but my friend seksii somehow didnt get it
she was right there when boss died.. but she didnt get anything .. no drops or achieves..
is it a bug or what?

Bug, this hapens to other people too. Try complete cove again :)
Try complete again... LOL well when u spend plat on rev who knows how much pots and ur time and dont get the achievement...
Hope this will be fixed

The only way that this should be possible is if you are not in range of the boss when the boss is actually killed. If you are running back and the rest of the group finishes the boss you will not receive the achievement, which is as designed.

but she was right there when he died.. which we found weird, like literally was fightin with us till the end
