Sky Smash:
Actually after charged version you cant move for 1 sec. It should be opposite.
After not charged version you cant move for 1 sec, cause u wasnt ready enought for such high/far jump.
Charged versions should be betters than not charged, so it have sense.

Juggernament:
2nd win should have 50% healing under 40% hp, cause there starts red screen and you know u got troubles.

Wizzard shield:
In charged version 1st hit is dodged. It should help in pvp 1vs1.

Time shift:
After exiting area of spell, you still should be sloved down, at least for half of that, whats under aoe spell, for few seconds( 3 or 5). Rogues and warriors got skills to get away and attack wizzard, so it should help them.
