CS "order" option

Hi,
You know when you want to buy something but thats not in the cs?
Everyone that used to play runescape probably remembers the grand exchange where u can place "orders"
So why not have an Ordering option for the cs?
Search an item, place a order, and an offer gold amount
Then when it comes, you just get your ordered item
Suggestions?
