kraken mines help

hi i'm a level 26 rogue and i can't go to kraken mines since the capt. in the dragon's jewel tells me that i need to defeat capt. bloodhammer and have the power of gleipner for the "Explore" option to work. i already killed capt. bloodhammer in skull cove and southern seas but still it doesn't work... also, i already finished all the quests in paradise pier and all maps in krake but still no luck going to kraken mines. please help me admin.

I have the exact same problem...I've defeated bloodhammer many times still cannot get to lost cove because Hannah says I need to get the power of gleipner from bloodhammer. I'm beginning to think it is a glitch. .. any help would be appreciated.

but now i solved it, try this! The name of the quest is Power of Gleipner
