re patches constantly when playing on Chrome

About 5 days ago I've updated my computer with Window's latest updates and now every time I open any STS games on Chrome it re-patches and refuses to remember the game settings.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I've started having this same issue lately... But not on Chrome... And with all StS games not just PL or even AL.

On these devices:

SGS1 "Vibrant" on Froyo (2.2) not rooted
Exhibit 4G on Gingerbread (2.3.3) not rooted
Archos IT 7b on Honeycomb (3.2.1) not rooted

Also happens occasionally on the LG Optimus L9 on Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0.4) not rooted.

Tried the following:
--clearing cache
--restarting devices
--uninstall/reinstalls
--factory resets
--etc.

None of those methods worked.

Well I sort of fix this on my own. I've uninstalled and then reinstall the app (from Chrome webstore) and it did re-patch but just the first time I open it after re-installing.
