Is this a bug? 'Song of the Fallen' gives 25% dodge. 'Lungs of might' increase all beneficial effect by 50%. I'm receiving a 25% dodge on a charged horn. Shouldn't this be at 37.5% dodge instead?
Or is this an increase in duration?
