So I've sent a few emails to support before and I just sent one yesterday regarding a lost account. I was wondering if the support email thingy still works because I'm not receiving those automatic emails notifying that my ticket has been received. Is this normal or is it a bug? Thanks!

Nowadays they don't send the they got it email, just wait and they'll reply.
