I dont know if this has been suggested already but how about adding an arena for guild wars to happen where guild masters can declare at each other and the most scored or top 20 guild with most wins could be in the leaderboard too. This could strengthen strategies between guild members and more use of guild chat. Just a thought though. Feel free to add or change something about the idea.

Guild with most pvp caps

Guild war. Ehhhhhhh.....
3v3 guild war? Not many guilds have elite players for a 5 v 5...

This is a nice idea.. CAN YOU IMPLEMENT THIS IN SEASON 4? coz seriously and to be honest, the game is getting boring..

i like the idea it is very nice to people who goes pvp than pve like me but my experience with this from another game is BAD.
one guild could make a troll-guild to feed and earn points to boost their guild stats.

How about putting time space to declare again after a guild war. So u cant declare war on a guild too many times in 24 hours. And leaderboard should not only count the top number of wins. E.g., highest score, most flags captured?, most lvl caps? But yea trolls will always be there though.
