Wifi refuses to log in

i get unlimited internet on my phone but the speed is very low and pingy, even so i can still log in and.. go to auction or chat but not do maps, that however isnt the problem.
i have the speedtest app that shows how much ping you have and how fast is your connection.
while on my unlimited yet slow internet i can log in regulary but when i go on WIFI (which speedtest shows is much faster and alot less ping) the log in gets stuck in the "connecting" part or just fails to connect.
while im on wifi anything else i try to do on the internet works super fast, way faster than with no wifi, but still can not connect to al...
id like a real answer/solution to my problem please, thnx =]

Have you tried force closing the app?

Also the other stuff that is super fast... You are using it from your phone?

what do you mean by force closing the app? ive cleared up my ram each time before playing al so no other apps are in use during

and yes its all done from my galaxy s2. wifi speed is approx 10-12 times faster than normal, and only when im on normal internet i can actually log in and play
