Hey guys. Today I used a google play card and got myself 15 plat so I could buy character slot. I went in game and got my plat. Then, I was liquidating my trash chests, and I accidently opened up a locked crate, which was 15 plat. I was going to use that plat for a character slot. But will support help me? I heard they dont give back plat.....can someone like samhayne answer?

but i would suggest you , like said above ,
to email Support themselves.
But tbh they're having prolems atm , they even look for new Support Specialists.

It can't hurt to email support. Though I will say that I had a refund situation myself, and they just sent me a generic message saying “we can't do that at this time". Oh thanks.

My situation was spending 30 plat for respecs early one morning, then the same afternoon STS releases an update along with free respecs for a week. SMH
