any of u experiencing days of waiting for platinum orders?

guys need help,almost 2 days waiting for platinum. but they already deducted from credit but doesnt receive any platinum, shipping status was digital shipping. for how long?any of u experiencing this problem? and i can't purchase from my phone to get the 50% more plats. i already sent an email to spacetime but doesnt really answer my questions and still reirect me to my google wallet page still pending order.

Google has to ping STS that the order is complete and then the plat gets added. It has happened to me but it was just under 24 hours for it to show up.

Contact google services and make sure they are aware to your pending transaction. STS needs google to confirm payment in order for it to be added to your account.
