This reminds me of my bird in PL with 136% hit rate. And yet I still miss.

Yeah, for some reason in AL they don't tell us our hit rate, but it's obviously still there. The reason you miss is because people have dodge rates. So if you have a 136 hit rate and I got a 50% dodge rate, then simple subtraction should mean you hit me for 86%.
My level 76 bear fully buffed can get dodge up to 95%, but yet in PvP I still get hit most of the time even when buffed. That's because there are elite bow birds with 190% hit.

I assume as level caps raise, dodge will be scaled back so dex doesn't give as much dodge(and maybe crit too).

It better be scaled down. At this rate, lv 36 rogues will basically out-tank warriors. Especially considering their armor got the biggest % increase last cap.

Maybe just an idea but another type of pvp, a dungeon where nobody crits or dodges. makes it fluke free atleast.

If there are no crits in this dungeon, they should also do no invincibility or armor/damage reduction buffs. And no pets. That would be cool.

bye rogues Crit and dodges are not an essential part of Pvp, they're just luck factors.

Razor got big cd, and cost mana... wich end after like 20 sec
Malison got big cd... Konga is way better for dodge :-) but u need elite skull cove lol...
So answer is: NO
From other hand:
Warriors hp wont go under 90% hp....
Wizzards... will die in 0.1 skill...
