Does anyone know how XP is changed after the next level cap. If I have 10000/100000 xp to get to level 76 and they raise the level cap to 81, will I have 10% of whatever the new xp requirement for 76 is?

Depends. After the Humania cap, it was 8456, it would be exactly 11.8259224219% of 100000

The answer is yes, the amount of xp you have toward 76 will scale to whatever the requirements are for the next level after the cap increases.

You will have 1000 XP towards the next level That's false, unless the requirement to reach 76 changes to exactly 10,000 exp, he will get 10% of the exp needed to level up.

The XP towards the next level is based on the XP bar. Let's say the XP bar is 50% full towards 76. In the next cap you will be exactly 50% towards the next cap, like fang to Humania.
