Every 'LOADING' my ping high

Why every I want to change map or loading to something, my ping always high, I play in ipad or sgs 3 its same, lag, but if I dont play in usual acc to play, like else acc, its not lag in loading on same device. Pls help me !

1) Do you have Credits left on your SIM-Card
2) Are you sure you are using 3g not lower ?
3) The fastest Internet Connection is actually LTE > HSDPA (H) > UMTS (3g) > EDGE (E) > GPRS (G)
4) Have you checked "Data-Roaming" in your device settings

5) If using WiFi make sure no one else (Bro,Sis,Dad) is using it atm
