I have $20 in my iTunes account but I failed many times to purchase $19.99 worth of platinum. I also tried the $9.99, failed as well. I've tried signing out from iTunes Store, Closing the apps, restarting my iphone4s, Signing in my iTunes account and trying to purchase plats. My in-app purchase is enabled and my phone is not jailbroken.
Help me please. Thank you so much!

I have same prob. But im trying to buy from google wallet.. tried from 3 credit cards and all was failed... :/

PROBLEM SOLVED!
I don't know how I solved the problem because I did many things/experiments and I researched a lot and reported to Apple. I reset the network, reinstalled the app, purchased music, purchased app (but at first I failed to purchase a paid application, maybe it's apple's technical problem), then I tried many times to purchase plat everytime I play, it was always a failure. But now, finally! After 2 days of trying, I succeeded! lol! Maybe reseting the network solved my issue. Thanks!
