first off thanks for the reply and the interesting information , but i would like to ask as above yet if it effects the allies ,too ? Since I'm (just) lvl 31I cannot test it on my own. :(

Since some of these have the best energy to xp ratio, here is the order of that ratio not including this list:
Worlmen, John Cathay, Search Graves, 11
Fresnel, Leigh Bragh, Fence a necklace, 6
Marshwood, Orderly, Care Packages, 10
Gallows Alley, Leigh Branagh, Power Up, 5

and these who give less than 10xp/energy
Downtown, Bystander, Inform on the cops, 11
Market Subway, Reporter, Grant Interview, 8
