They haven't brought back any of the previous event drops so far. There have been two bandana events with exactly the same map bit different colored bandanas. The way things have been going though I wouldn't be too surprised if they did recycle the same items for the next summer solstice.

As for biomorph, read the announcements. It is slated to be a Deal of the Day sometime in future.
