I bought a 15 platinum account was all written off, a receipt of the payment, but I have not received platinum. There is a logic error in my application through pereodchik write, I'm from Russia

Good thing you have the receipt! Check this link out http://support.spacetimestudios.com/ and attatch to your request the copy of your receipt in case the platinum would fail to arrive within a matter of hours or days (a day should be long enough as purchased platinum usually arrive fast and added up in your account.
