Skills Unlock-able through certain levels: Upper Tiers!

Please Introduce upper Tier skills unlock-able only when a toon reaches
A certain level.

Pets have this skill upgrades. A must have for toons too!

This would encourage players to level up.

Old School Skill Tree, I can dig it. Some players stay a certain level for PVP though. They might have something to say about it.

Yes old school I believe. This would make higher level toons much special than lower level ones.

Instead of having to drool about weapons and armors only, this would make us drool
Over awesome skills as well.

Totally agree with you. Would have been motivating for me when I started out.
