Hey guys, I was browsing through cs, when I saw a GLACIAN egg on. How could someone get it so fast? It was JUST released? Lucky guy....

It's same rareness as other arcane items. There are already 3 in game. It's hot right now thus the price.
Any crate items are not time dependable, you don't need to farm your umm.. back out to loot it, only plat and luck.

Since it comes from locked crates, time is not really an issue. When a new rare item is dropped from an elite boss, it takes time for folks to farm it enough to get the drop. But with these crates, you can log in 5 minutes after the update and open a hundred of them in the next 5 minutes and get the egg. So not a surprise it happened so quick.
