How do I access Alien Oasis 2 and 3 from world map? I only see AO1 and can't scroll over. Can someone help me out?

I don't think Alien Oasis has a town on its own, so your only option is to join a game from AO1-3, or create a game from AO1-3. Thats of course assuming you have bought them via plat.

That would make perfect sense why I can't see them on the map
