Free Platinum Offers?

Hey guys, Skull here and I have noticed a problem in the game.
Whenever I do free platinum offers such as downloading games, I never get the platinum.
It doesn't even say offer is pending. I play each game for about 15 minutes before closing and resuming AL.
I should have about 45 - 50 platinum now but I don't, can someone please tell me how to fix this?

I have the same problem. Mine only appears, but I can't spend it, sometimes it never shows up. Or, I'll have some platinum and it shows I have zero platinum, so I accidentally buy something.
