Bug or is it supposed to happen?

Go to Platinum Store, and to the left hand side of "New" there's a box saying "For <Your IGN>", when you click it you will see some random vanities and one or two weapons. All the rabbits on the "New" section have 2013 on them and both ears are pointy, but if you keep opening "For <Your IGN>" back and forth until you see a bunny, the bunny is from last year (one ear pointing down and the other normal) and it does not say 2013 on it.

This probably answers why people aren't getting the little version when waving at someone who probably bought from the "For <Your IGN>" section.
