Secondary Weapon Switch at the screen

What do you guys think of having a switch weapon icon at the screen?

Rogues can immediately switch from blades into bows; Mages from rods into guns;
Warriors from slow but heavy damage dealing hammers into fast wielding swords (I made this up)
and vice-versa without having to click at menu and load-outs.

A penny for the thought but wouldnt it be kinda op in pvp? Especially in 1v1 where you can start out with bow/gun stun and when the enemy goes close range, you annihilate close range with rod/dagger?

Make the icon unavailable in PVP. Problem solved?
