Bought platnum through google play and still haven't received my platnum can anyone tell me what to do?

Does it normally take that long? I sent them an email. Hope it works because litterily nothing ever does. Then I hear from a game friend they randomly received 2000 plat. Just makes me disappointed. But thanks for your imput. Crossing my fingers
