Farming Kills?

So on my Rhino a this person who is max level threatens me to not level up to 66 or 71 or else. He said he will forever farm me? what in the hell does that mean haha.

Lol, forever to farm you means that his gonna rush, spawn, team (basically to kill)you when he sees you in Pvp Arena. But no need to worry. Some peeps just said those words to intimidate or just to sound scary or pro.
