I look through the market place and see that with the release of AO3, lvl 46-50 pinks prices have become ridiculous. I understand that a majority of the people that have 1 mil + are obviously farmers that spend lots of time in game to make all their gold, but I don't think that it is reasonable to ask for 500 - 700k for certain pinks when buying 160k gold through the shop is 600 plat.

Understandably, since the items in A03 are new the price is super high right now, but I don't think even once more and more of these items come into the market the asking price will come down since people will still want to get their 600k despite 3x as many of those weps are in the market.

The market will eventually stabilize. 1.5 will introduce the Consignment Shop where you can list items for sale at a set price. We'll be revealing more information about it this week.

im guessing this will replace an auction haus. its way more stabilized than people shouting out their prices lol.
put the item up, set the price you want, if they dont bite for a while then lower the price.

Yes, I like this! So far I've only put my pinks in the stash because I think the market system has been to complicated. Maybe I can finally get them sold? :)

Yes finally :D
Hoping this isnt like a self setup shop where you have to be logged in for it to work. Leaving your ipod on and going 'afk' would be quite counter-productive considering battery life.

You only have to be online to start listing your items, and to pick up the proceeds. People can buy your items while you're offline.

sounds awesome... if auction house implemented, you should keep this option of buyout only, in case you wills settle only for one price.

I like the idea of an auction house/consignment shop, but i hope prices aren't preset by the devs or no one will use it.

i would only accept there being a ceiling price, but actual set prices would be disastrous.

People complain to much. If you want to have the Best weapons, you need to put in an effort to have the coins. Just because you can't afford it doesn't mean you somehow have the entitlement to get I cheaper.
