cant delete my low level toon?

i have tried to delete my sorc to make a rouge i have typed the name and it wont let me put the last letter in i have also tried to type delete aslo any thoughts as i have bought a extra slot and it wont let me delete on the mobile,tab,or desktop

You must completely finish the tutorial first.
