Stuff in stash disappear after delete the alt char

I put everything my mage has in stash. Then i delete that mage char, i recreate a char at that slot, and when i checked, everything in stash disappear

Do you have another character or only a single character slot?

If you have multiple slots and characters your stash should stay. If you only had one, the contents of your stash will be deleted as well.

i have 2 chars
the first slot is lvl26 warrrior
the second slot-the char that i deleted- is a lvl16 mage
I dont know why, but everything that i put in stash disappear
