Lower level elite

The point is clear. It is impossible for players to farm lower level gear now.

Perhaps you could either make it possible to get lower gear somehow, or make elite go by level groups. Starting at 15 of course since its the lowest level with elite gear.

And how many items will still exist after people who own them quit?

I know there is cs. The point is, the levels that can actually use the gear won't be able to afford it. Thus, making twinks ridiculously op.

I own twinks myself, don't get me wrong. However, the game would be a lot more fun if lower lever gear can be gained by the players who actually need it.

shipmaster gear has same stats as ranger gear, crate weapons are way better than old elite weapons.
