Ive been to lazy to post it, but whenever i go to screen to buy plats its ALWAYS had this, i have never bought any plat due to this, i use android...
Anyone have this or no why?

Weird... Maybe you should try it on a computer.

I had this issue on iDevice and it was because the card the I used as back up on paypal for instant was expired so it was only set up for bank transfer, which requires a hold. As soon as I fixed that I could do in app purchase again. Might not be your issue, but then again, might help someone.
