I have never been in STS's anniversary for Pocket Legends. Have the past two years just included PartyHats?
If so what were the hat prices?
I hope they add something different this year >_<

Yes there were ''big ones'' for 12 Plat (?) but you could wave at someone to receive a ''little Party Hat'' - like Easter.

2012 were blue ones
