Lvl 61 and 56 pvp question

Should I be a 61 Lilith Mage with drag set or any 56 char? I want to know which is more fun and the more skill-based, not luck. Is lvl 61 populated?

(guessing seen as though i said that loadds of people will say lvl61)

and btw i tend not to do lvl61 because their are too many 66s that rush so i have a 51,56 (to protect)
and a 66(very luck based)

You could make a 61 lilith mage and 56 charmin mage, thats what i did. I always make a couple of twinks at one certain lvl, the mainly reason to make more twinks is to protect yourself against high lvl rushers. When they get to know you have higher lvls also they will less be likely to rush u. Also if u make more twinks at certain lvls you have more choise to pvp at diffrent lvls, for examle : if there aren't any 56 games, go and search for games at 66. Anyway 56 and 61 are both good PvP lvls, if u can't make a choise, go ahead and play at both lvls :)
