plat purchase on itunes card

I was trying to buy plat with iTunes money, and I redeemed the card. My iTunes account says I have $50, but when I try buying plat with it, it says I have "insufficient store credit." Every time I try to buy plat it does this. What's going on?

I don't think that they can do anything about it, since it's an error from iTunes. I'd suggest you to use human's best friend which is Google to search on how to resolve this issue.

The tax is around 6%. I'm not sure exactly what it is though (somewhere around 6.14%)

I redeem my itunes account with gift cards, and i could never use my Ipad to buy plats but when i use my Iphone it works, idk, it might work if you use a visa card for your itunes account (using credit card to buy plats).
