Does the armor vanity for 76 slayer runs count towards a crafted ring?

No, only Cap Vanity Items grant you rings.

Or u can craft rings with dragons sets too

One more thing i always see ppl running around with thst shadiw vanity have like some kind of special buff i dont see on others does anyone know the stats of that buff?

Shadow minion disguise has no stats.

Its probably notbing. Like wearing a costume on halloween event showed same symbol just showing hey. I have a costume on i think.
