I believe it was 25% without upgrade, and first upgrade gives additional 15% heal.
But now it is total 30% only..
Am I confused or is it got nerfed?

There was a suggestion not too long ago to make the description more clear. I'm not sure how they were computing it before because 25*1.15 = 28.75 (base + 15%). Maybe if you had the upgraded 3 pack, it was 25% + 5% * 3? As far as I know, the ability has not changed at all.

Yeap, they only fixed desciption. That was in one of the topics in bugs section.
Now its clear what it gives :-)
