It does not seem to activate for me. It can go the whole 30 minutes of gaming, hitting all the good drop spots and not a single show.
Fix: it should activate every time and then you get a 25% chance at getting some thing better. Mostly you'll just get whatever dropped, but if lucky you'll get something better.
