In the last map of AO3, it seems that if all the mobs are killed except for the Overlord, "Back to Town" shows up on the screen as if the game ended. Our group had this happen twice today. Each time we pulled the smaller bosses and killed them and all other mobs were dead but the Overlord was still in the room. (We could still go in and fight him, but the barrels also stopped respawning at that point so it took a long time to defeat him.)
