Hey Wammm, my IGN is same as in PL (and same as my forum name). It's about time you came over. PL is pretty dead. All I can tell you is AL is way better than PL, but merching can be more difficult as the listing fee is 5% instead of 1%, and because we keep having expansions every couple months prices are all over the place. So it's pretty hard to merch compared to PL, but overall it's a way better game and much more of a challenge.
