I was doing a free platinum offer, and successively completed the survey for 14 platinum, and when i checked checked my platinum balance, it didn't show up. STS, could you please look into it and see if I can get get my platinum? Thanks.

just buy platinium directly, dont use those offers, im getting withdrawed about 100 dollars a month cause of those things..could only stop it by closing card and order new

Most likely STS doesn't have the cure for that ill. You should contact W3I or TrailPay via the feedback tool and let them know about the issue.
That was the trick I had to do in order to get the plats, in fact nothing else helped.

Did you open the apps after downloading? I read someone here in forums that u need to open it approximately 40 seconds.

yeah, i did that, and i forgot about it downloading, and after a few minutes i opened it, and played around with it, then checked arcane legends, and it said i didn't get anything. It said it was pending, even though i did it.

If it was a survey, you may of not put in valid information.
Also, do not contact SpacetimeStudios, contact the business that holds the survey. STS will just redirect you there if you try contacting them.

It was also apps, and I was supposed to get a lot of plats because i did a lot of offers.
