I dont have just one favourite but I love Shawshank redemption it's not the newest but its definitely a classic although a film I watched recently that I loved was Django Unchained

I've actually seen 3 Idiots with English subtitles, it had a nice mix of comedy and seriousness. :) My personal all-time-favourite has to be The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Other really good ones from the top of my head are Gran Torino, Inception, Inglorious B*******, Life is Beautiful, Memento, Pulp Fiction, No Country for Old Men, The Hobbit, The Lord of The Rings Trilogy (3 movies), Toy Story 3 and of course The Shawshank Redemption.

Well 3 Idiots is one of the best acclaimed movies internationally.

Regarding Sandler, really depends on the movie which you can relate to and the character one portraits.

If you like Jason Statham's movies, you should watch his "In the name of the King." That's the most shi++y flop movie ever!

Alright, I can see listing some of them, since it's recommended movies, and not greatest of all time or anything, but Hunger Games...just no, Olympus Has Fallen looked flat out stupid, and Avengers especially was down right horrible (Imo it was just like Waterworld. As far as there being a huge amount of hype for it and it turning out a mediocre movie at best)
