Noob Question : Best Daily Allies ?

which are the best daily allies which pay off the most XP for a solid amount of Energy ?

24hr
full willowbrook parish 251 (uses all energy)

Marshwood cultist spirit 89

most of these come out to 0-2 leftover energy and have a high xp output all listed 24hr ones can be done in order once energy has filled so if a pattern is made you will get high xp about every 2hrs. its color coded for allies that are used together

I never noticed that the allies collect different amounts of bloodpacks. Good to know. ^_^
