I have a lvl 14 rouge that stats are bad co,mpared to other players. Can you help mW not with the powers I have but what I should wear.I can give the stats and/or powers I have on request.:D

At yours lvls, there are lots of twinks chars, so u wont shy anyway.
Twink is lov lvl char of advanced players = the best items, pets, skills.
So the best you can achieve is beeing medium player.
The best items are around 15-16, 20-21, 25-26, cause there were (old) lvl caps.
So lvl up to one of this lvls, and then buy the best items u can.
Use Bow bonechill, shipmaster or just the best item u can afford.
Dmg > dps.
Items with (main dex) & int.
Build... there are many topics about it... well i can give u one option of pvp build, but theres lot of possibbillity.
Aim shot 5 - main skill pvp & pvm.
Shadow piercer 1 - to move faster & escape with charged attack. ( or 2 - with 75% to heal )
Passiv dex & int.
On higher lvls:
Nox 4 - no 6m poison area.
Medics pacs.
Passiv str.
