What is the best gear for a lvl 25 sorcerer?

Depends.

I have gear for max damage, I also have gear for max health. Sometimes you're running in a group without a tank, or with a really bad tank, and switching to lower damage but higher health is important.

You should check out the Sorcerer section of the forums (at the bottom of the main list). There's a lot of discussion about different types of gear, skills, etc.

The above post is right, you should check out the sorc section. But, to start off I'm fairly certain that Sealord Wrappings of Security and Sealord Effigy of Security are the best body armor and helm with high damage, armor, and health. Then for a weapon a firesquid rod of assault for pve(farming) and an oracle crystal/the new Nordic crate gun for pvp, and pve if you can't afford the firesquid. Alternatively, you could buy a level 25 kraken skewer, which works really well. The only problem is that the good ones are high priced. For jewelry either go with one that has 30 int, some damage, and some armor or 30 int, 15 dex/str, and damage.
