Hidden FH Vyxnarr removed?

Sorry if this has been addressed, but did i miss something?

I went to find the hidden Boss Vyxnarr from Forest Haven. I haven't farmed him in almost a year, but the path past the rusty grate seems to be different and i cant find the entrance to the dungeon where he spawns. Was this changed recently so it can't be accessed or am i missing something obvious?
