Need help on a twink,

Im trying to make a mage lvl 16 twink. But i want to ask u guys what skills and put stat points on.

Lightning all
Fire all
Shield 3 read and choose wisely
Heal boost and first of course
and one skill point on intellegence passive

Anyway:
Shield 4, no push away.
Heal 2, mana.
Fireball 4, no aoe.
Lighting 4, no RIP skill.
2 int.

For rogue build, go to rogue discusion forum lol.

Anyway:
Aim shot 5.
Shadow 1, to move.
Dex 4, int 4.
Nox 1.
Medics 1.

Why would anyone go full fire and light? Points more precius on 16.. i would go

4 shield no pushback
3 light all dmg
4 fire no size of explotion
1 or 2 in heal.
Rest int or str

WHat i have noticed auto attack does allot of dmg. Therefore both heal and shield. So u can preesa button more

Yeah what swex said. all points on light time or fire is absolutely terrible for any situation especially twinking lol. Auto attacking is debatable unless hes using top staff instead of gun.
