Possibility buying Platinium

Hi, started playing AL a few days ago and it's quite fun game.Well , my question is , it is possible for me to buy platinium through my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2?Btw , i'd tried a lot of time to purchase it but it wont let me pass through . Yes , i do have credit card . .

Error msg :

" Your payment could not be processed at this time. You may recieve an email asking you to verify your account "

Information :

i'm using fb connect to play the game anyway , i do tried using my other email create another account , but the samething happen .

Any idea?

I can buy it only for 1 time ( 14/4/2013 ) . And then i tried to purchase it today ( 15/4/2013 ) , its wont allow me . What wrong with this thing ? . . I'm using Play Store ( Google Play ) , 9.99 Usd has been deducted from my credit card , but in my game account still no Platinium . .
