STS should be combining real life trends in to the game... it makes the game(s) more revelant and will make more money for STS.

At this present time pl has the "head phone" series... gives "sultan of swing" title... HOW BOUT MAKING A HEADS SET CALL DOC DRE, PAY THE GOOD DOC SOME RESIDUAL FOR USING HIS NAME, DO A QUEST THAT GIVES PEOPLE ONE OF THE HEAD SETS, MAKE THE HEAD SET A DROP OR A VANITY EARNED TYPE OF THING, OR IF YOU LOG ON 5 DAYS IN A ROW YOU GET IT,

AND MAKE IT A STS GIVE AWAY! A REAL SET OF BEATS FOR WINNING A TOURNEMNT OR AS A FRIDAY GIVE-A-WAY...


the money making portion for STS is getting people to buy the present versions, give ppl a vanity every time they buy plat... and so on... vanity as a way to generate more plat spending.

And also, Beats merchandise is just not that good. It's pretty much all marketing and branding. If we encourage advertising in game, it could lead to really annoying results. How about the Kia Consignment Shop and pop-up ads each time you try and sell something? Or Elite Quest sponsored by Pampers Diapers? etc

I've always thought it would be cool if the headphones would actually change the background music that you hear in game, since you get sick of hearing the same old thing over and over. I usually just turn off the music and play something else through my headphones, but that really only works for PC users, and I wouldn't mind shelling out a little to get the music changed via the headphones.

I'm not really a fan of the head phones in PL. but I'm always down for more vanities.

The point is opportunity, capitalizing on modern trends to increase play, spending, and interest. Any one have/remedy the caption America shield? Or the Thor hammer? Iron man helm? Totally cool items! Make those vanity! get more relevant items that are present day trends

As for quality, not really the point here... It's a concept... Promo items from the avengers movie (iron man helm, CA shield, and Thor hammer) the we're cool must have items Yes the most did well but even if it didn't the items r cool.

I actually own beats. Bought em a good 3 years ago. Unwisest purchase I've ever made, yet still use them for the sake of me spending $300 on them.

Beats are the one of the closer things we have to "designer" headphones, they're not supposed to be compared to true audio quality brands like Sennheiser, Audio-Technica, etc. They just weren't made for that.

As for the suggestion, I don't see it happening. Devs typically don't want to get involved in copywrite laws, which is why the Avengers items look so ugly and inaccurate. I don't see it happening.
