Hello Dev Team,
It was my understanding that "freeze" in PVP only slows down enemy and that it does not root -- is this the case? And if so, does it also apply to weapons proc or pet arcane ability?
Today, a warrior and myself were frozen and rooted for a good 2 seconds in pvp. I did not have time to make a screenshot as it happened quick, but we did look like popsicle sticks.
