Lvl 31 Bear

Hey guys. Recently just made a lvl 31 bear (2 weeks or so)
Tried both full str bear and full dex bear w/ an fbow and the fbow seems to work well. However there are certain problems. For example. When a decent mage w/ an fbow attacks with their mana shield on... their quick nuke only gives me around a 30-40% chance to win. However, this might be due to my build not "dodging" enough.
Not going to post my build up here yet but I can say that I use 1 evade and 5 hell scream...lol
My gear loadout is as follows
l10 helm from plat pack (str)
l28 fbow (going to get 31)
l30 Shivering
If anyone has any ideas of builds or so please say so :D any help is much appreciated atm. My kdr is 1000/500 but I seek to improve it in the near future with the ideas you guys suggest :D

Hi there if u are tolerating u will know my 30 ICEBERG bear iimadexmage vs voodoos u either have to stun trap them against tree or kite with a xbow ( i am no pro) just my advice if u rlly need help pm someone better than me ;)

1 evade and 5 hell scream is a disgrace to every single bear alive.

First off...using a lvl 10 helm on a 31 bear might not be a good idea. Second...don't do 5 hell scream,do 6. And you should probably do higher evade. If you're a dex bear maybe try 6 rage, 6 hell scream, 6 evade, 6 iron blood, 3 stomp, 2 super mega slash, 1 vengeful slash, 1 crippling slash. I don't do much 30's anymore as I retired from 10-45 Pvp quite some time ago.

Oops I didn't even notice I forgot beckon lol. Here's a fixed build 6 rage, 6 hell scream, 6 beckon, 6 evade, 3 stomp, 2 super mega slash, 1 vengeful slash, 1 crippling slash.
